Selling Popcorn is an entirely optional way to fund your pack dues. Any popcorn sold by scouts will offset dues owed. 1/3 of each sale is credited to your scout. This means that with  2023-2024 dues set at $250, $750 in popcorn sales will offset a scout's dues entirely.
